Please use this following form when posting a bug. Please keep chatter on the bug to the replies only. It's VERY helpful for us if you can attach screenshots (or compressed for download movies) with the bugs (if applicable). There are a variety of easy screenshot tools out there such as FRAPS or Snag-It. Otherwise, here is a guide:

I've made notes on what to put in these fields below in double parenthesis (( note )). Here is a quick breakdown of how to report bugs:

Build:
(( Put the build number here. Press CTRL-F to see the build number in-game. ))

Summary:
(( This is a one sentence description or title of the bug, IE "Crashing while trying to load" ))

Description:
(( A more in-depth description of what happened, what you were doing, and how you got there. If you can reproduce a "step by step" of what you were doing, this is very helpful to us. ))

Reproducibility:
((This is how often this happens, such as "Always", "Sometimes", "Rarely", or "Only once".))

Extra Information
When reporting critical bugs please attach a dxdiag and console log to your post.

How to get a dxdiag:
For XP and Vista with classic Start Menu: Start > run > dxdiag
For Vista with default Start Menu: Start > type dxdiag

Click "save all information" and attach the resulting text file to your post.

How to get a console log:
For XP, the console.log file can be found here:
