Summary: The volume slider in the options always stays at 80, and every time you want to change the volume you have to move it from there rather than its actual value.

this should be because of the missing prefs.cs
(same with keybinds and config.cs)

there is a line in it:
$Pref::SFX::MasterVolume = 0.8;
