I'm assuming by "CM" you mean community manager? If so then I should clarify that I'm *not* an IA employee or a community manager. I'm just a fan who helps out a little in moderating these forums. Therefore I can't promise that I will be able to help you with every single issue, since most of the time I honestly don't know the solution myself.

I don't know whether its as simple as just knowing which ports to forward (I've seen people reporting forwarding different ports from each other succesfully) but if anyone can help you it will be Crash7800 and the other IA support team guys.
