Asking for help is all very well, but providing information on your setup is what will enable people to actually solve your issue.

This is a fairly common issue, try the following link and see if it helps: http://support.instantaction.com/index.php?_m=troubleshooter&_a=steps&troubleshootercatid=5&parentid=0

If that doesn't help then try sending an email to support@instantaction.com with the following details:

-Operating system
-Internet browser
-Router
-Internet service provider
-System specifications
-A detailed, structured explanation of your issue.

ahh forget it, did everything in there which only added to more frustration with this massive failure to even play this game. Tribes series is a wonderful game, do not bring it down once again with poor support fix your game.

If you dont say what your setup is how exactly are Support even supposed to narrow down what your problem is?  Roll Eyes

Zhou is trying to help but you don't seem to be interested so how does that classify as poor support?

*chocolate cow pie*, there is no support here, there is at least 8 threads on this.

The CM's dont know what ports the game uses and they dont care enough to ask a developer and get back to us.

Short story is :
Game works when PC is on DMZ
Game Doesnt work with the ports listed in the "support section" forwarded.

You cant rely on uPnP to forward the ports for you many people have nonstandard routers or networks.

I'm assuming by "CM" you mean community manager? If so then I should clarify that I'm *not* an IA employee or a community manager. I'm just a fan who helps out a little in moderating these forums. Therefore I can't promise that I will be able to help you with every single issue, since most of the time I honestly don't know the solution myself.

However, I can at least point you towards the right place to ask for help from those who are setup to give it. Please email support@instantaction.com with your issue and they should be happy to help. I don't know whether its as simple as just knowing which ports to forward (I've seen people reporting forwarding different ports from each other succesfully) but if anyone can help you it will be Crash7800 and the other IA support team guys.
